Frequently Asked Questions

When and where does the club meet?

We typically meet from 6:00 – 7:00pm on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (except holidays) at The Cle Elum Eagles in Cle Elum, WA. To see our full upcoming meeting schedule, please check out the “Events” page.

Are the annual dues really only $12?

Yes! We keep it affordable so everyone can participate in club activities. Of course, if you are able and inclined to donate additional dollars, there are always worthwhile projects needing funding.

How do I join?

We welcome you to come honor our Roslyn, Ronald and Cle Elum area heritage! Please select “join the club” option in the contact form at the left to bring up the application section.

Is my donation tax deductible?

The Roslyn Ronald Cle Elum Heritage Club is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. As such, your contribution is tax deductible, subject to any applicable limitations under the Internal Revenue Code.

Can I designate what my donation is used for?

You can send a donation to the club’s general fund, or can earmark it for a special purpose, like the cemetery fund that supports our work in the Historic Roslyn Cemetery, or on the Coal Miner’s Memorial in Downtown Roslyn.
